Victoria Bonhomme

I’m a Palm Springs–based real estate investment analyst and California-licensed REALTOR® working with investors throughout Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. I’m also the Founder of ProjectMatch LLC, an investor-focused real estate company that helps investors identify, evaluate, tour, and pursue local investment opportunities. I continuously monitor the market, review new and changing listings, and conduct preliminary analysis to identify properties that may deserve a closer look. My analysis may include purchase price, comparable sales, potential ARV, rental income, renovation costs, cash flow, financing considerations, exit strategy, and possible risks. When an opportunity shows potential, I help investors understand: • What strategy may fit the property • Whether the numbers support that strategy • What risks or red flags need further investigation • What acquisition price may make the project financially viable • What the next practical step should be Through ProjectMatch, I also organize Real Estate Investment Tours, Private Open Houses for investors, and individual investment-property showings. As a REALTOR® with HomeSmart, I can represent qualified investors purchasing California real estate and help coordinate the transaction with lenders, inspectors, contractors, escrow, and other professionals. My background includes underwriting, deal analysis, renovation budgeting, acquisitions, financing strategy, investor representation, and market research across multiple investment strategies. I’m not interested in forcing every listing to look like a deal. If the numbers or strategy do not make sense, that is just as important to recognize as finding a promising opportunity. I don’t just find properties. I analyze the opportunity behind them. If you’re looking for investment opportunities or knowledgeable local support in Palm Springs or the Coachella Valley, let’s connect.
