Victor Jeong

I grew up rebuilding houses with my dad. My dad is a retired architect. Besides the regular 40 hour a week job as a Manager for a small Automotive Repair Shop; I help my dad maintain his rental properties. I also do a little side work as a handyman. Experience with basic plumbing, painting and construction repair. I also creatively solve problems using ideas or materials from the automotive industry to solve remodeling/refinishing problems. I had a rental property, lost it due to the 2009 banking fiasco. My first rule of finance now, is if they don't perform , get the lawyers involved asap.
