Victor Lebegue

I'm currently 23 years old in the year 2017. Originally from Grand Rapids, MN, I own one single-family residence that I'm house hacking and forcing appreciation by adding extra bedrooms and updates. I plan to turn it into a rental property by the end of 2018. Currently, I have worked for General Motors for going on 7 years and plan to transition into full time investing over the next 10-15 years (need to use that w-2 income as much as possible for now). I'm looking to invest in multi-family property, long-term buy and hold projects.
