I am a REI in the Charlottesville area who commutes to Richmond for deals. Don't mind because I want the experience and profits. But would love to network with local Charlottesville, Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County REIs. I and very HUNGRY for knowledge of real estate investing and determined to real my goals.
