Building a bridge into Real Estate from where I am currently working in Retail HR. I just closed on my first rental investment (single family) with my husband and we are getting it ready to lease long term to tenants. We plan to self-manage but are in search of an Eviction Attorney to help us with lease review and to have established contact in case we need them later on. We are also interested in learning more about acquiring and managing short and/or mid term rentals internationally.
