Vilson Nikollaj

Vilson was born and raised in the Motor City (Detroit, Michigan) and grew up working in my family's restaurant at an early age. I went on to study Electrical Engineering at Michigan State University and later received a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Oakland University. I worked in the defense industry for over 14 years, working on tanks, armored vehicles and drones. In 2013, I began working in Real Estate part-time due to my own poor experience with agents and the industry. In 2014 I brought my Midwestern work ethic and enthusiasm to San Diego where I joined a small investment group helping investors attain double-digit returns from hard money lending, single family rentals, land entitlements and multi-million-dollar flips. After a few years, the Eastern Coast of Florida and the warm Atlantic Ocean came calling and Vilson and his wife moved to Miami Beach, Florida.
