About myself
43 US Virgin Islands resident living just North of Tampa Fl. Love to sail our ARC22 sport catamaran around St Thomas and St John when not buying property in Fl. Can talk shop incessantly, until it's time to unplug and have a good time. Love to give people their first ever ride on a sport cat and equally love to talk and do business in the CRE space.
