Hello BP My name is Vince Not sure how, I came across BP but I’m glad I did. A little bit about me: I bought three rentals in 2005 ( all three within a 5 month period (I'll never do that again). By 2008, I owned 5 rentals, a primary residence and learned a lot about lending, analysis and property management. I received my real estate broker's license in 2010 and shortly discovered I did not like the aspect of shuttling people around and opening doors just so they could look and not buy. I quickly found out I like the investing and the managing side of real estate and decided to explore those options. So far I have learned a lot and hope to learn more. I came across BP and I'm glad I did. I don't know a lot but what I do know I am willing to share.
