Vincent has lived in Putnam County for 28 years and is very familiar with both Putnam and Westchester County. He prides himself on his integrity, honesty, and fairness, which help him guide his clients through their real estate experience knowing that they have someone they can trust to help them make the best decisions. He is always learning and enjoys staying up to date on real estate knowledge through a number of podcasts, books, and real life experience. Vincent loves working with investors to identify potential real estate investment opportunities, but also loves helping people find their perfect home, or sell their home to pursue their dream. He has years of experience in community HOA, Condominium, and Cooperative management, which includes negotiating million dollar contracts, managing budgets, and day to day activities for communities of over 400 homes. Vincent also loves all things fitness, from powerlifting to nutrition.
