(September 2018 Update) Searching for Buy and Hold SF and MF properties with the occasional Flip with the intent to reinvest profits and continue to grow. Currently in the educational stages of my REI path. Reading all the books that make their way onto the final four on the BP podcasts, searching forums here on BP, navigating websites to study the market trends, etc..
