I received my formal education in Accounting and I now work as a Financial Analyst for the Department of Defense. I specialize in real estate financials and market analysis. I also trade financial derivatives, which is my primary deleveraging tool when the cost of capiital runs high. I'm married to a brilliant wife and I have three humble children.
