Violetta Varenkova

I am a real estate investor and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in residential real estate acquisitions, investment, property management, and operations. Since 2008, I have led the acquisition, renovation, management, and growth of residential investment portfolios through IIP Management. In addition to managing my own investments, I have worked with large-scale single-family rental portfolios through Doorvest, gaining experience in acquisitions, asset management, portfolio operations, and investor-focused real estate strategies. I am passionate about building scalable systems, driving operational excellence, and creating long-term value for investors and communities.
