I am looking to start a massive development project in Little Rock, AR in the next 30 days. I already have the property and investors lined up ready to start once we find the perfect builder to bring our vision to life. Come join me. I am Nashville,TN native, residing now in Dallas, TX. These markets are easy to sell in, and challenging yet fulfilling to find deals in. Always looking to join forces with other investors to close deals and build comradery. I am willing to JV on TLC homes as well as push to another investor if they are outside of my scope.
