Vitaliy Volpov

I have been actively investing in multi-family residential real estate since 2011. I started with a duplex house hack and continued to scale my portfolio eventually following the BRRRR method while using private financing. I currently own 160 rental units, valued at approximately $15.5 million. I am a lawyer by training, but I was able to step away from my demanding law firm job at the end of 2020 and currently live off the income produced by my rental portfolio and my real-estate related businesses. I am a co-founder of a property management company called Sky Hollow Properties and a real estate brokerage called Serenity Real Estate Team, located in Loudonville, New York. My business partner and I opened the brokerage in 2017 with the goal of helping other real estate investors like us buy and sell multi-family and investment real estate in the Capital Region. Over the years, the company has grown from one real estate agent to almost 30 agents as of September 2022 and we are just getting started.
