I’m Vivian! I’m just beginning my real estate journey, but very excited to be a part of the BP community. I love this asset class & am looking forward to buying my first property. I’m looking to invest in a duplex out of state to buy and hold. I’m also considering BRRR, but I can foresee a few more hurdles logistically & financially going that route. My timeline is to property by the end of the year. I’ve been reading some of the BP books like Recession Proof Real Estate Investing & Long Distance Real Estate Investing, along with listening to the BP podcast to strengthen my real estate knowledge. I’m looking to develop real estate knowledge with the BP community, contribute and connect with like minded individuals!
