Victor Ayala

I'm currently a licensed Real Estate agent living in the city of Frisco but with a deep... DEEP knowledge of the 75220 & 75209 zip codes of North Dallas TX. This knowledge comes from 10+ years of working in the US Postal Service which allows me the opportunity to know about deals before they even become available on the market. I also know about FSBO's in the area and which properties are vacant (No guessing. I know for a fact that their vacant) that you wouldn't know about unless you were "driving for dollars" on a daily basis which I get paid to do. So basically I have a wealth of knowledge that I need to convert into money and would love to surround myself by the right people to create a win-win situation for all parties involved and get some deals done. If interested in working together feel free and don't hesitate to reach out and introduce yourself and let's see if we're the the right fit to partner up and get some deals done.
