I retired early anticipating a nice pension from Lehman Brothers. However they were a big bank that did not get bailed out in 2008 so I am only receiving 10% of my pension. I need to replace that and build a company for my grandson. Experience: Wholesale and bird dogging. Real Estate Goals: To build a large, solid company for my grandson within the next 5 years.
