Rental Property Investor
I own and manage several multi-unit properties in Winona Lake / Warsaw Indiana with my father. We first bought 3 properties in 2011 and have been adding about 1 a year. I really enjoy finding ways to ad value/utility to older and distressed properties. Experience: Residential Rental manager since 2009. Multi-unit property owner since 2011. Real Estate Goals: Comfortably support my family and have the freedom and means to help others.
