I currently own & manage a premier Maryland abstracting company for 26 years now. Active member of the MLTA for 20 yrs. A short 2 yr. stint in the late 90's R/E investing, 7 deals, rehab/flips under 100K.Title & escrow company owner 2000 to 2005. Prior life in commercial construction management as project manager then partner building mixed use strip centers.
