I started my real estate investing career back in mid 2015 by buying a turnkey townhome in Kansas City, MO. The very first purchase after reading Rich Dad/Poor Dad book. The two people who have influenced me and have made a major on my life in the last 6 years is Robert Kiyosaki and Jim Rohn Robert Kiyosaki’s "Rich Dad Poor Dad" book has had a profound impact on me and reading that book was a turning point in my life. I have been a student since then and have been educating myself (and will continue to do so for the rest of my life) with everything I can including books, you tube videos, podcasts, mindset and self motivation books etc. In the last 6 year I bought and sold a brick and mortar business with employees and learned a lot in the process. I also added (to an existing rental in CA which I owned after moving out of CA) 12 long term buy and hold cashflowing rentals (9 properties (12 units) in MO, 3 in TX). One of the deals in TX and two in MO were BRRRR As of 2021 I have sold off everything in TX and CA and currently in the process of buying more units in AR (Little Rock) and OK (Oklahoma City) to take my portfolio from 12 units to 24 units in 6 years but I am always looking for deals to buy and/or fund in the near future I would like to connect with other real estate professionals/BP members in KCMO, Little Rock and Oklahoma City area to expand my network Thanks
