After years of studying real estate investing, I bought my first flip in 2014 and have now been part of over 100 rehabs. While my primary focus has been rehab and sell, I also own a couple of duplexes and single family homes as rentals. I am a licensed general contractor, realtor, and professional home stager. When I'm not working on my own projects, I do consulting work for investors within the region. My services include, running my own crews and managing the project start to finish, determining value ad and profitability (property analysis), determining a scope of work and budget, picking out finishes and/or staging the property for sale/rent, and helping investors find great properties. I also have experience in creative finance transactions including wholesaling, lease options, owner finance, and contract for deed transactions. I own several multi-family homes and SFH LTRs. I also own two STRs operating under the business of Indigo Moon Homes. Experience: I have experience in flips (rehabbing), buy and hold, lease options/owner finance, long term rentals and Short term rentals. Real Estate Goals: I would like to acquire some additional short term rentals over the next few years and provide funding for some seasoned investors with projects in their area that make sense. Currently Seeking: I would like to expand my STR business with partners in markets that present opportunities. I believe I have developed a great model locally and would like to expand my brand. Our well located, well staged/designed/appointed homes have earned us a superhost status and over two years of operation and hundreds of stays we have only had 4 reviews less than 4 stars.
