I'm a Mechanical Engineer by trade, but I have discovered that this is not my calling and that my purpose in life is something much greater. Hence, I have begun focusing my energy on growing a Real Estate Investing business, and becoming Self-Employed, so that I can do the things that I'm passionate about, and help the people around me achieve the same success. My business partner and I began our real estate investing in the Tampa/St Pete/Orlando markets. However, within a few months, we determined that this market just doesn't work for us at the moment. We are focused on finding properties at discounted prices in order to offer our investors the up front equity that we feel comfortable will put them in a successful real estate investment. So, we have decided to take our talents to the Ohio market. We have studied the market, and found plenty of opportunities that we feel can be cultivated into cash producing assets for our investors. I am looking to expand our contact list with other successful real estate professionals and ultimately create a network that will allow us to grow our business. As a bonus, I look forward to meeting some interesting people along the way. Currently, we are working on wholesaling turn key properties, or properties that require minor rehab work. We continue to learn the business, and will eventually focus on a buy and hold strategy with single/multi family homes.
