I am a real estate broker, I do wholesaling, owner financing and subject to. I am very passionate about real estate and I cannot imagine myself ever not being involved in Real Estate in some way shape or form. I have decided that I am going to specialize in commercial real estate. I am licensed to broker residential and commercial real estate transactions in the province of Québec meaning I can buy, lease and sell any real restate without limitation in Quebec. I am looking to obtain guidance about combining investing and brokerage on the commercial level.
