Memphis real estate agent and investor. I own and self-manage 20 doors locally, including six duplexes and a fourplex, and have been investing in Memphis for years. I work primarily with local and out-of-state investors buying single-family homes and small multifamily properties in the Memphis area. I enjoy helping investors understand the differences between Memphis neighborhoods and evaluate properties based on the actual numbers, not just what looks good on paper. I’m also active with Memphis Investors Group (MIG) and enjoy connecting with other investors who are serious about the Memphis market.
