I am a part time investor and big fan of bigger pockets. In my day job i integrate High End Audio Video and Home Automation systems in expensive to insane homes. (I worked on several of the most expensive home in the US). Experience: My Mother was in real estate and I worked on rentals and flips as a child. Owned a couple rentals in my 20's and made all the classic mistakes i.e. trusting friends, taking sub-par tenants, hiring friends. Information was much tougher to come by back then. I got back into slow flips 10 years ago. We have done about a dozen of the following; Flips, 2 year flips (hack a home?), sales, and almost did a wholesale job. My wife is an agent and her broker is a real estate attorney. We can work low margin, quickly and efficiently so if anyone needs assistance in S. Florida glad to help. Also if anyone needs advice/suggestions on high end Home Automation, Audio Video types of things i'll be happy to give a free 2 cents. Not generally applicable in the investment priced homes but you never know. Real Estate Goals: We enjoy the process of taking bruised property and making it shine. There is no free lunch but you can make a profit by adding garnish and serving it on a pretty plate. Currently Seeking: Always need good deals and sub- contractors.
