I have been investing in duplex/triplex in Hudson county since 2013. We have been doing buy-and-holds mostly. We have been managing my own units from the beginning and have made tons of costly mistakes and have learned some valuable lessons along the way. I am looking forward to continuing learning, sharing and growing with others. In the beginning of 2018, I quit my full time job and started working as a full time real estate agent.
