My day job is as a commercial real estate/portfolio lender with City Bank Texas in Dallas, TX. I've been a banker for 11 years and an investor for 10 years. I currently have 11 investment SFRs in my rental portfolio. I provide commercial and portfolio lending to residential and commercial investors. Currently Seeking: 3/2 or 4/2 Homes in the 120k range for holds. Rockwall or Kaufman Counties. Also looking for small commercial $1 million and under. Preferably industrial warehouses or flex space.
