Experience: My twin brother and I have seven duplexes in central Nebraska, one storage facility and one commercial property that has climate controlled storage and an office building. We have established an LLC and purchased one duplex, built another, and purchased the commercial property with traditional bank financing and purchased five duplex's and the storage facility with owner financing. We have a pretty good business plan and have a detailed procedure in place to find and place renters. I am currently working with a banker friend and another friend who is an investment adviser, to put together a proposal to try to secure private financing. We would like to purchase a total of 20 multi family/commercial properties in the next 10ish years, to supplement our retirement (we would both be early 60's in 10 years). My brother runs a construction company and I am in law enforcement and have a masters degree in Political Science and obtained my realtors license in 2019, in Nebraska. I am looking to network with other property owners and lenders to find and secure more property within Nebraska. Our LLC is a family affair and I am specifically looking in the Elkhorn and Columbus area as well as the Kearney to North Platte area. Real Estate Goals: We hope to find and purchase 20 total multi-family/commercial properties over the next 10ish years. Currently Seeking: We are seeking to network with people with rental properties in order to gain further experience, as well as to find properties to purchase and seek out private financing or owner financing for those properties.
