I run a residential and commercial general contracting company in Philadelphia and I'm a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey, on a team with my wife, who is licensed in both PA and NJ. We work the city from the inside: permits, L&I, rehab budgets, and the block-by-block reality of what sells and what rents. Every Monday I post a Philly-area real estate update here: what City Council and the Mayor's office did, what L&I and the Zoning Board have on the calendar, where the market numbers moved, and what it means for anyone buying, building, or holding in Philadelphia and South Jersey. Long-term I'm building a vertically integrated operation (brokerage, construction, property management) focused on small multifamily and vacant-property rehab. I'm here to learn from people further along than me and to be useful to people just starting.
