Wayne B.

I spent the first 13 years of my professional career in construction/remodeling. I changed gears a few years ago and took a position with a property management company, as the head of maintenance/project manager. I thought what better way to learn the business than work with people in it (and meet new ones as well). I have a broad knowledge of all the trades and what it takes to get a project done. I design and manage 3 to 4 renovations each year, along with simple kitchen and bath makeovers. I love what I do and I know this will serve me well in my new journey!
