I am a licensed General Contractor in Portland Maine with a long history of successful projects including ground up construction of single family homes, rehabilitating multi-family rental units, and full gut renovation of townhouses. I presently own and rent property in New York and Connecticut and operate a General Contracting business in Portland. My interest is in the Portland, Maine market where I would like to buy distressed properties at very substantial discounts, possibly through foreclosure or distress sale, to wholesale or for rehab and flip. I'm experienced in all aspects of rehab and hold an MS in Construction Management.
