Hi BP! I'm an investor in the Eastern PA region. I primarily own properties right in my small town outside of Philadelphia and Allentown, PA. Currently I own 14 units spread out over 8 properties but am looking to expand into the small to the mid-sized multifamily market in my area! My main focus is on buy and hold properties but I remain open to the idea of flipping. We mostly practice the much talked about BRRRRR strategy and have been very successful thus far.
