Eli Rose

I started in real estate back in 2016 as an agent and wholesaler. I listed properties all over Metro Atlanta for a fix-n-flip investor while building my wholesaling business. I stopped doing agent stuff around 2018 to focus on wholesaling, and by 2020, I had built a $500k wholesaling business. In late 2020, I merged my wholesaling business with an established fix-n-flip investor, and we grew WCR Homes to over $1.2m by the end of 2021. We primarily fix-n-flip, but do some new builds, LTRs, STRs, and we own a 10-unit mobile home park. Prior to becoming a real estate entrepreneur, I spent 7+ years in corporate sales, primarily in the building products industry. I earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Polytechnic State University. I played college baseball, was drafted by the Colorado Rockies, and played a season of independent professional baseball.
