Kenneth Vasquez

I like long walks on the beach, going to the mov...... oh wait, it’s not that kind of website lol Now that I have your attention, my name is Ken and I am a new real estate investor. I live in Long Island, NY, but plan to invest out of state. By the age of 30, I hit my salary goal in my career (Construction Management), owned a business, and purchased my first home. So I sat alone one night thinking to myself “now what?” Well, that’s what I’m here to figure out. My lifelong goal is to quit the “9 to 5” grind of working for someone else, have passive income, and be financially free (funny saying that after I purchased my current residence in the NY market). I hope to learn a lot here, but also help others anyway I can. I may be new to real estate, but I have 17 years of experience as a construction manager in NY so I’m not a total novice lol.
