William Coulter

My name is William D. Coulter. I have been a Real Estate Professional, for the last twelve + years. My first position was a residential loan officer, for a company called, Ameriquest Mortgage. After a few short months of excellent service, the company promoted me to Branch Manager. My office went on to become one of the top branches in company. I had a staff of twenty people total. We did anywhere between ten and twelve million per month. I am proud to say that, some of my loan officers went on to open branches of their own. The company closed down, do to some legal problems. I took a few months off, to spend some time with my family. After a my time off, I decided to go to work for a company call New Century Mortgage, as a branch manager. We went on to do big numbers, in the subprime market. This run of success went on for a couple years, until the economy took a turn for the worst. At this point, I was fed up with the mortgage industry. This led me to my next position in Real Estate. I have been working as a Real Estate Agent for the last ten years. The companies that I have worked for are as follows: Century 21 M & M, Global Realty Services, ERS Global Financial Services etc. I hold a California State Real Estate Broker License, and currently work in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have enjoyed the ups and downs of this market. Now, it’s time to work hard, with no reservations, about the economy, etc. When I have free time, I enjoy working out with free weights, and spending time with my kids.
