Rental Property Investor
Hello! My name is Charles Peralta and I'm a wholesaler located in Fort Myers, Florida. My company is WIT Real Estate Group and we're an ambitious group of investors who are prepared for projects of any size. I have prior experience in the mortgage industry and have a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I've come to BiggerPockets in hopes of meeting similar investors who I can gain or exchange knowledge with.
