Moved down to Southern CA in the late 90's from Northern CA. I'm married for 21 years with 3 kids. I have been investing in rental properties and fix and flips/wholesaling since the mid 2000's. 2008-2014 were phenomenal years for me as an investor. Now I run/own a real estate brokerage, property management company, escrow company, construction company, and a real estate investing academy.
