New York accountant looking to put some of my hard earned capital into real estate. Interested in cash flowing and value add out of state properties. Looking into turnkeys and Project Management companies. Currently own a duplex in NYC, one SFH in Little Rock, two SFH in KCMO, and Two SFH in Huntsville AL. Just did a flip in Mishawaka, Indiana. Under Contract but not sold yet.
