About myself
My wife and I bought our first investment property in 1999 in Wurtsboro, NY and we have been hooked on real estate investing ever since. Our current portfolio of rental properties consists of SFH, vacation rentals and condos which are spread around Hong Kong, Japan and the USA. Our US rental properties are in upstate New York (Ithaca) and in northern California (Healdsburg & Santa Rosa). Big fan of Liverpool FC, NY Rangers & NY Knicks.
