I am an investor and real estate agent. Grew up in Los Angeles County 91755/54, 90807/02, 90853/32, 90822, 91066/91126, 91802. I found Bigger Pockets sometime around 2017 and listened to and read quite a few of Brandon’s podcasts/seminars/books/blogs including the BRRRR method, How to Analyze Rental Property, Multiunits and House Hacking, and How to buy first property within 90 days which were all extremely motivating and inspired me to purchase my first single family home rental end of 2017. I am invested in buy and holds (STR and LTR) and FLIPS both in and out of state. I manage my own properties. Going through the process I realized how important it was to have a real estate agent who is also an investor, which led me to getting my real estate license to help other investors. I’m looking to meet like minded investors to share goals and tips and most of all looking to help find persons a place to live or sell their current place, and to have fun!
