Werner Macedo

Werner Macedo is a land acquisition, development, and construction executive based in Winter Park, Florida. He spent 10+ years leading full-cycle land acquisition and development across Central Florida — sourcing sites, negotiating LOIs and purchase agreements, and carrying projects through entitlements, horizontal infrastructure, and vertical construction. He delivered and entitled 3,000+ residential units and lots, managed $30–45MM in development budgets, and sourced capital stacks of $100MM+. Before real estate, he spent six years in tax accounting in New York City — experience he applies to project underwriting and pro forma analysis.
