Wesley Jeanette

I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Boulder. I graduated from CSU with degrees in Math and Computer Science then got my masters in CompSci from CU Boulder. In 2016 I moved to Littleton. I got my real estate license in the summer of 2017 and currently hold it out of Keller William Realty Success in Littleton. I grew up in a house rich in real estate. My father built homes before becoming a realitor and my parents have always had a small number of investment properties. I bought my first property, a townhouse, in 2012 (a few months after I graduated w/ 5% down) and lived in it for a year. Once the year was up I bought a condo (again 5% down) and moved into it for a year while I rented my townhouse. I wish I could have kept up that trend but I didn't have any more money. In retrospect I could have easily made something work. We have 3 rentals right now and a 6-plex with 2 other partners. That has been an interesting experience so far and even with all of the hurdles I would love to have a few.
