Hi there! I am a healthcare worker and want be real estate investor too. My short term goals are to acquire rental properties, using BRRRR, to gain cash flow and/or appreciation. I want to be able to work less and spend more time with my family. My long term goals are to own short term rentals that my family can use for vacation, and to one day own a large property that is used as a wedding venue.
