Federal Law Enforcement Agent Started my real estate journey in September of 2018 with the purchase of my first property. I currently have 6 residential rental properties with no plans on stopping. I have no goals of specific number of doors/rental properties/ideal cash flow amount. I adore working my W-2 and have no plans to retire for at least another decade. The skills that I have learned in real estate have translated to my W-2 career so it is a match made in heaven.
