I'm a Pittsburgh residential real estate newbie with over a half decade of corporate oil and gas title experience in my professional life. I have a quantitative analytics degree from Wharton along with my law degree (non-practicing). Feel free to ask me about oil and gas tips and tricks. Im happy to help. I'm interested in getting into real estate investing, particularly lease options and wholesaling. I have more questions than answers, and I'm looking to learn and jump into residential headfirst.
