About myself
Beginning investor. I have a steady 9-to-whenever government job, former military, and I want to build towards financial independence. Experience: Three single family homes using a conventional mortgage in Western Washington state. Real Estate Goals: Develop a portfolio of SFH and performing notes. Working towards multi-family properties. Currently Seeking: Knowledge and networking! Especially in the note investing space as I'm living overseas.
