I have been a senior financial services executive in the 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary, Trust, and Investment Services industry for over 41 years, have overseen the administration of more than 125,000 1031 Exchange transactions during my career and am one of the handful of individuals that founded the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (industry trade group). Our financial services and products include 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary, 1031 Exchange Qualified Trust Accounts, Custodian for Self-Directed IRAs and Individual 401(k) Plans, Specialized Holding Escrows, Title Holding Trusts (Land Trusts), general securities custody and investment services and providing advisory and consultative services for 1033 Exchanges. Experience: I am also a private investor in the single-family and multi-family property market since 1987.
