Jon Holdman

I get too much spam when I put my e-mail up in easily visible format. Its jon at holdman dot net. I'm an IT guy who does real estate investment part time. By IT I mean I design and develop storage subsystems. Its a combination of hardware and software, though lately I focus more on the product definition (what should it do) rather than how to actually build the products. I started looking seriously at real estate investing in late 2006, and looked at a number of deals. Lots of reading, going to our local REIA, looking at properties. I started doing hard money loans in 2007, and then bought my first property in 2008. I'm continuing to acquire properties in the Denver area.
