About myself
My husband and I live in Nashville TN but have rental properties in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Bradenton, Florida. We are gearing up to sell both the MI and FL homes and possibly buy a rental property here in Nashville. We are also interested in doing a flip but are very cautious, as we have no rehab skills beyond the most basic. Hope to learn a lot here!
