Whitney Folsom

Whitney is a real estate investor living the beautiful island life. She has a passion for people & traveling, and moved to Oahu six years ago to teach young students in Hawaii. While studying education and working in customer service, Whitney became familiar with the islands, the people, and the growing tourism market. After receiving her degree in 2020, Whitney began teaching and serving the community throughout the pandemic. In 2021, she branched-out to teach at several different schools while searching for new ways to utilize her talents and build stable wealth. In 2022, she was able to explore new ways to teach, refine many creative skills, research business opportunities, and grow a love for real estate. In January 2023, Whitney made her first investment joining Rob Abasolo's Host Camp. Through this large community of rental property investors, she is learning the latest vacation rental strategies through weekly mentorship, meetings, and networking. With the support of Host Camp, Whitney has been able to soak-in all masterclasses, learn from others successes, and begin her own cohosting business. Whitney joined Bigger Pockets in hopes of making local connections and continuing to master her craft. She has a huge heart, loves helping others, and enjoys sharing experiences. Whitney is consistently dedicated to providing genuine support for the benefit of her friends and clients, and to helping owners efficiently optimize the potential of their vacation rentals.
